Tasks
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
Work with culinary team members to develop recipes and organization systems Prepare and food for daily catering requirements as well as cooking off-site for events Support and assist training of kitchen staff
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces as instructed by a Head Chef or Supervisor Preforming any other duties and tasks as instructed by a Head Chef or Management
