Overview

YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea is looking for a full-time Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our busy team in Calgary!

 

Position: Food and Beverage Service Manager (NOC 60030)

Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Hourly Wage: $36.00 – 38.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 608 5AVE SW, Calgary, Alberta. T2P 0M6

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•      Manage the day-to-day operations by leading all tea shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and quality tea and juice.

•      Plan, develop and implement tea shop operational policies and procedures

•      Oversee and manage the hiring, training and retention of tea shop employees. Monitor employee performance and conduct periodic performance reviews

•      Develop staff work schedules to ensure quality services while ensuring labour costs remain reasonable

•      Manage the shop’s operational budget and keep relevant financial records

•      Control supplies inventory and monitors revenue to ensure maximum profitability

•      Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure all customers are satisfied with the customer service and beverage quality

•      Ensure that the shop complies with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements and guidelines

•      Negotiate prices, arrangements, and deliveries with vendors for supplies

•      Participate in develop and execute marketing plan to optimize business sales and expend new opportunities within the community

•      Other duties as assigned by the owner

 

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

–       College diploma/CEGEP

–       3-5 years of work experience in a related role

–       Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
