Cuisine Specialties



– Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
– Work with culinary team members to develop recipes and organization systems
– Prepare and food for daily catering requirments as well as cooking off-site for events
– Support and assist training of kitchen staff
– Requisition food and kitchen supplies
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
– Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces as instructed by a Head Chef or Supervisor
– Preforming any other duties and tasks as instructed by a Head Chef or Management
