We, Angkor Southeast Asian Delight, are looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager (permanent / full time position) who can join our professional team!

 

Job title: Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC 60030)

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position

Wage: $33 to 36 per hour for 30-40 hours/week

Location: 2567 East, Quance St, Regina, SK S4V 2X8

Expected Start Date: ASAP

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance

·       Analyze and maintain budget to maximize the restaurant’s profits.

·       Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

·       Track income to evaluate and control labor expenses.

·       Assist in recruiting, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance

·       Plan work schedules and monitor staff performance

·       Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·       Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns and deliver excellent service.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

·        College diploma

·        At least 2 years of work experience in food service industry

·        Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Familiarity with Asian/Chinese Cuisine

·        Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
