Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

 

Duties:

·         Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and waste to designated locations

·         Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete inspection reports

·         Ensure safe loading, unloading, and dumping of materials

·         Secure loads and verify weight limits comply with regulations

·         Follow assigned routes, traffic laws, and safety procedures at all times

·         Communicate with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members regarding schedules and job requirements

·         Maintain accurate records including logbooks, delivery receipts, and inspection reports

·         Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as checking fluid levels, tires, brakes, and lights

·         Report on mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly

·         Comply with company policies, provincial/federal transportation regulations, and workplace safety standards
