Responsibilities

Tasks

ꞏ Coach, lead, motivate and inspire employees to exceed client expectations with a consistent, friendly and client-centric service.

ꞏ Supervise and evaluate performance of employees engaged in serving and selling to customers.

ꞏ Assign and coordinate work of employees for effective day-to-day operations.

ꞏ Make recommendations for recruitment, dismissal and disciplining of customer service representatives (CSR). Trains CSRs and conducts new hire orientation.

ꞏ Ensures that company policies are being followed with regards to safety, DOT and established operating procedures.

ꞏ Manage inventory operations, including ordering, stock management, and receiving shipments.

ꞏ Inventory ordering, stocking and overall management to minimize inventory shrinkage and optimize stocking levels to ensure company standards are met.

ꞏ Meet, greet and serve clients in a friendly, service-oriented and client centric manner in order to exceed client expectations 100% of the time; and,

ꞏ Accurately complete daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

ꞏ Efficiently process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.

ꞏ Effectively manage costs and billing, swiftly resolving financial discrepancies by organizing account information using software.

ꞏ Streamline organizational systems for payment collections, accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and recordkeeping.

ꞏ Lead periodic accounting close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

ꞏ Conduct thorough review and action on overdue A/R invoices to ensure timely payment

ꞏ Derive, plan and execute various social media marketing campaigns to drive client awareness and increase traffic volumes.
