Responsibilities

·         Coordinate and oversee preparation of menu items

·         Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations

·         Manage kitchen inventory and supplies

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

·         Ensure that food items are prepared and presented according to standards

·         Generate reports on kitchen performance and activity

·         Monitor and adjust food costs and quality

·         Hire, train, and evaluate kitchen personnel
