·       Follow job schedules and procedures

·       Take and serve customers’ drink and food orders accurately.

·       Requisition, receive and storage supplies ask is required for dining and dishwasher area.

·       Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drink orders are accurately fulfilled.

·       Maintain records of costumer consumption, inventory.

·       Keep clean work area (sweep, mop, wipe, vacuum) including bar equipment and coffee station

·       Ensure to complete end of shift to-dos. Finish daily clean list for opening, during and closed shift. (No limited to the other duties).

·       Maintain records of cleanliness, temperatures equipment and health protocols.

·       Prepare tables for costumers or for special guests or functions.

·       Keep communication between costumers and kitchen staff for dishes with food allergies or intolerances.

·       Ensure that cutlery and glasses and dishes are clean before each service.

·       Take calls (reservations, take out orders, etc.)

·       Able of lifting 50 pounds.

·       Efficiently resolving problems with customers orders.

·       Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.

·       Teamwork, be available o provide training to new team members.

·       Able to take decisions in relation with job duties, able to contribute ideas, lead a team and is constantly updated to bring that special touch to what you will prepare.

·       Greet customer as they enter premises and see them to a table, ensure any special requirements are actioned.

·       Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided throughout the customer’s entire experience.

·       Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drink orders are accurately fulfilled.

·       Ensure food is served to customers in timely fashion and provide with necessary accompaniments and condiments.

·       Check that customer has everything they need at relevant intervals.

·       Make necessary drinks, operate the coffee machine and provide the necessary desserts.

·       Meet daily sales goal.

·       Assist other servers, bussers, dishwasher and expeditors when there is downtime.

·       Ensure proficiency in the ins and outs of the menu and the daily or weekly specials.
