Salary:  $18.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time
Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Shift, To be determined, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

Tasks

Relay emails and phone calls to intended receivers. Issue bills and receive payment from the clients. In- charge of room booking and or room cancellation. Process guest/s arrival and departures. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities. Perform cash balancing, cash reports and related forms. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints. Perform all necessary administrative job. Ensure guest special requests are efficiently completed.
