Responsibilities

 

Tasks

·         Help coordinate tasks for each staff members

·         Responsible for ordering liquor, wine, beer, and food

·         Helps coordinate dietary restriction meals

·         Communicates with the Chef, food, and beverage team as well as hotel management

·         Adheres to budget, records wastage, spillage, breakage, and errors

·         May participate in the recruitment and hiring process

·         Involved in the training of standards and procedures

·         Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and budget creation

·         Operates under the highest sanitation plans and procedures and ensures all staff are current in their knowledge.

·         Supervise and check on food execution timing and service during service in the dining areas

·         Assist in Restaurant operations where necessary. Serve and Bartend if required. Perform any other job duty as reasonably requested by the management/ownership.

·         Ensuring scheduled staff arrives on time, have attended to personal hygiene and grooming, are dressed in proper uniform requirements, and issued equipment and supplies as necessary.

Ability to lift to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) regularly.
