Responsibilities
Tasks

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion
  • Supervise and check assembly of
  • Supervise and check delivery of food
  • Prepare food order summaries for
  • Prepare and submit
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work
  • Estimate and order ingredients and
  • Ensure food service and quality
  • Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary
  • Address customers’ complaints or
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Prepare budget and cost
  • Establish methods to meet work
  • Hire food service staff.
