· Forming noodles by pulling wheat flour dough by hand into long, elastic strips using a special technique
· Preparing fresh dishes with hand-pooled noodles
· Cook various Asian/Chinese cuisine based on food orders
· Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas
· Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
· Clean kitchen and work areas
