Meat Cutter

Overview

DorDor Meat Supplies Inc. is a provincial licensed meat processor located at 50 Silver Star Blvd. Unit 218, Scarbrough ON M1V 4W4. We need a meat cutter urgently to meet our business demand.

Job Duties:

·        Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting;

·        Cut, weigh, and package meat, meat products;;

·        Grind meats and slice cooked meats;

·        Inspect the quality of meat, expiry dates and ensure proper product rotation;;

·        Ensure the maintenance of equipment, displays and work area

·        Receive and store merchandise in accordance with the company’s established standards;

·        Comply with government health and safety standards and occupational health and safety standards.

 

 

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position

Salary: $18 per hour for 40 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times the wages after 44 hours per week

Experience: Will train, experience an asset

Education: Completion of high school

Language Requirement: English
