Responsibilities
Tasks
· Clean food prep stations and equipment
· Wash, rinse, and sanitize used utensils, dishes, and pans
· Load and unload dishes from the dish machine
· Keep work area clean and organize utensils properly for a conducive working place
· Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
· Clean and clear tables, trays, and chairs
· Refill condiments and other supplies at the tables and serving area
