Tasks
– Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
– Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods.
– Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
– Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or fun ctions.
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intoler ances.
– Clean Kitchen and work areas
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas and maintain inventory.
