Overview

Can Fung Investments Ltd is looking for full-time permanent food processing labourers to join our busy team!

 

Position: Food processing labourer (NOC 95106)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, To be determined

Vacancies: 5

Hourly Wage: $23.00 to $24.00

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 5631 Burbank Road SE Calgary, AB T2H 1Z5

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Manually packing the product into bags, boxes, or other containers

·       Trim the product; Remove skin and excess fat

·       Feed and unload product processing machines.

·       Transport inedible products to appropriate areas

·       Use packaging equipment. clean and maintain

·       Measure and dump products into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines

·       Check products and packaging for basic quality defects

·       Clean work areas and equipment.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·       Will train

·       Experience as an asset

·       Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Hardworking, Positive attitude, Quick learner, Team player

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

·       Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads.

·       Weigh handling up to 23kg (50lbs)
