Responsibilities
Tasks
– Prepare dough for sweet goods, muffins, and cookies, following recipes or special customer
orders.
– Prepare sandwich ingredients according to recipes or customer specifications.
– Bake various mixed dough and batters, as well as breads and pastries.
– Fulfill special orders and customize menus as needed.
– Ensure products meet quality standards.
– Operate baking oven, mixer, stovetop burner, and blender machinery.
– Requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
– Organize and maintain inventory levels.
– Package orders with special care for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
– Procure additional materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
– Assemble delivery packages as needed.
– Clean and sanitize all surfaces regularly.
– Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.
