Responsibilities
Tasks
Supervised daily kitchen and bakery operations, including preparation of doughs, batters, and baked goods such as bread, buns, donuts, cakes, and cookies
Planned and implemented production schedules to determine types and quantities of baked products based on demand and inventory levels
Oversaw baking processes, ensuring proper mixing, baking, frosting, and decoration techniques were followed
Maintained quality control standards for all food items, ensuring consistency, freshness, and presentation met company guidelines
Trained and directed staff in baking techniques, food preparation, and safe food handling practices
Monitored inventory levels and coordinated ingredient ordering to support continuous production
Ensured compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all food preparation areas
Hire and schedule staff accordingly to support production needs
