Hourly Wage: $34.00 – $36.00 (To be negotiated)

Position Summary
Anvy Digital is seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to support and analyze administrative operations across print production, packaging, logistics, and client project workflows. The role focuses on coordinating internal processes, maintaining operational data, and supporting management decision-making through accurate administrative tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and support daily administrative operations and workflow across departments
· Set up, review and evaluate adminstrative procedures
· Maintain and manage administrative systems, databases, and records related to job orders, contracts, inventory, and operational activities
· Prepare, compile, and analyze administrative reports, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation for management review
· Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential company records, contracts, client files, and production-related documentation
· Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and operational calendars
· Maintain and update internal tracking systems for job progress, inventory levels, shipping, and operational status reporting
· Support budgeting, contracting, and administrative planning activities in collaboration with management
· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure proper documentation, invoicing accuracy, and timely payments
· Prepare, format, and review internal correspondence, reports, and official documents (emails, letters, memos, etc.)
· Maintain and renew contracts, service agreements, licenses, and permits in compliance with company procedures
· Assist with payroll and timesheet and ensure accurate administrative processing of employee records
· Provide guidance and support to administrative assistants and other staff as required
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements and Qualifications
· College diploma in business or administration
· 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
· Previous supervisory experience as an asset
· Knowledge in digital and offset printing as an asset
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
· High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and professionalism
