Duties:

·         Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.

·         Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.

·         Schedule and supervise back of house staff.

·         Oversee back of house operations.

·         Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.

·         Completes all logs as per standards.

·         Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.

·         Supports a clean environment through regular clean up.

·         May hire and train baking staff.
